Processing and Lead Times
Order processing begins upon order confirmation and receipt of the required deposit/advance payment. Lead times vary by fabric type and complexity, with realistic estimates provided in quotations.

● Customized Fabrics/Finishing Orders: Require extended timelines, typically spanning 3-6 weeks.
Rush processing may be available for an additional premium if production capacity permits.
Packaging and handling
Fabric rolls and bundles are packaged using industry-standard moisture-resistant and abrasion-proof materials. Rolls are banded, labeled with SKU/batch information, and palletized for bulk shipments. Specialty or delicate items receive additional internal protection. We use quality materials (cardboard roll cores, protective wrapping) to minimize damage risk during transit.
Shipping, freight responsibilities, and tracking
Unless otherwise agreed, buyers assume shipping charges and applicable duties/taxes/local clearance fees. We offer multiple freight options (courier, surface transport) based on order magnitude, destination, and urgency, selecting carriers for reliability and tracking capability. Tracking references are shared upon carrier handover, and our logistics team assists with follow-up for delays or customs clearance.
Partial shipments and split consignments
Large orders may be dispatched through multiple consignments to expedite partial receipt. Each shipment includes independent tracking and documentation with batch details. Invoicing tracks individual shipments, and buyers receive consolidated delivery documentation upon completion.
Exceptions, claims, and delivery discrepancies
Suspected transit damage or short-supply must be notified within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (photographs, delivery documentation). We collaborate with carriers and buyers to investigate and resolve claims through carrier insurance or remediation. External delays (strikes, customs holds) are managed through proactive communication and collaborative contingency planning.
